Class A office center represents the city center business area development project. The principle feature of the project is that business center at Karavannaya street, rather than four previously existing centers of this class, has been constructed from scratch. Infrastructure — comfortable business area. Construction has been carried out in accordance to the individual project P-3755. Alumax frames have been utilized for creation of ceiling fromwork, moreover the supports have been installed at different datums. The object has been constructed in restrained urban conditions in the historical center of Saint-Petersburg. The building in “modern” style has been built in between two existing buildings without damage to the adjacent buildings.
