In frameworks of this project Kompakt, JSC has fulfilled the reconstruction of former Nevskiye Bani buiding for creation of a multifunctional shopping and entertainment center. OLYMPIC PLAZA shopping and entertainment center is a six-level building with accessible roof area and an underground parking lot for 54 parking spots. The center houses shopping halls, public catering areas, fitness center with a pool and SPA rooms, halls for yoga and aerobics, a gym, cycle hall and a ping-pong hall.
